Hello all,
it was planned since months that this week would have been the week of presentation of my new jazz band, The Hipster Project*, unfortunately it is not the best moment for all of us. We do not feel so enthusiastic and positive after all this bad things that happened in Paris and here in Brussels, but I think thet it is in these moments that music and art can help us to find again the trust in the others and the will to continue in a positive and creative way.
*The Hipster Project is a collaboration of international artists from Belgium and Italy, working to develop a unique sound and musical performance. Based on the Hard-Bop Jazz Period, the result is an enthralling jazz band that will drive you through this East 50’ Jazz period.
We hope to present a unique kind of musical performance to the live stage, bringing audiences of all levels of musical and artistic appreciation together to connect with this musical style that reconsiders gospel and the blues.
This is the trailer of the project that will be out officially beginning of december 2015, I ask you to have a listen and to share it if you like it and if you fill so.

Buon pomeriggio a tutti
da tempo era in programma la presentazione (in questo periodo) di questo mio nuovo progetto jazz, The Hipster Project*, purtroppo non è uno dei momenti più felici e spensierati e si fa fatica ad avere fiducia nel prossimo e ad essere positivi, ma penso che è proprio in tempi come questi che la musica e l’arte possono aiutare a riflettere e a trovare la fiducia e la speranza per andare avanti.
* The Hipster Project è una collaborazione artistica tra musicisti internazionali di origine Belga e Italiana volta alla ricerca di un sound personale e allo stesso tempo ben saldo alla tradizione di questo periodo del jazz, l’Hard-Bop (1950). Il risultato è un quintetto energico e graffiante perfettamente in linea con l’identità di questo stile.
Questo è il trailer del progetto che ufficialmente avrà il suo debutto agli inizi di dicembre 2015, vi chiedo di ascoltare e di condividere se vi va e se ne avete voglia.
Con questa nuova band saremo in tournée questa estate, in Italia, dal 25 Luglio al 7 Agosto 2016, partiremo da Udine e scenderemo per lo stivale fino ad arrivare in Campania.
